Copilot Workshop

The Copilot Workshop has been designed to help Dynamics 365 clients identify highly impactful applications of Artificial Intelligence (via Microsoft’s Copilot) within their core business processes.

You can expect a confidential, one-on-one workshop, with Copilot experts who will take you through two key steps:

Step 1: Business Exploration. During this step, we’ll review the most common Copilot use cases for your industry, platform, or process. From there, we take a deeper dive into your proprietary business processes, including those problematic and/or opportunistic, for the specific purpose of identifying how Copilot can improve your competitive advantage.

Step 2: Experience the Value. In preparation for this step, our Copilot experts strive to recreate your scenarios, leveraging your sample data, to illustrate Copilot’s value in the context of your own business and business processes. Together, we’ll discuss and document a proforma
business case and discuss plausible implementation timelines.
