Members of our team have worked extremely closely with their Product Team to guide the roadmap for Microsoft’s product. We regularly provide industry and consumer insights. For instance, customer scenarios and new use cases to Microsoft to help them improve Dynamics 365.
Our close partnership is mutually beneficial, as Microsoft provides valuable information to Ludia on upcoming opportunities, features, and releases that can help us support our customers.
They also provide direct support on complex engagements to help us create the best solution possible for our customers—as we won’t settle for anything less for our customers.
Our areas of focus:
Integrations
Ludia Consulting has collaborated closely with the Microsoft Product Development team on ensuring the adoption of complex integration technologies such as Dual-Write, Data Integrator, and Service Bus.
Ludia Consulting provided feedback on best practices, real-life use case scenarios, and direct customer feedback in creating the architecture and design of these integration technologies. This feedback is then used to support our customers based on their integration and system architecture needs.
Dynamics 365 Field Service
Ludia Consulting’s architecture team actively participates on D365 Field Service roadmap feature design, Functional Requirements Document validation and provides real-use feedback from our customers directly to Microsoft’s product team.
We specialize in the field service technician experience, scheduling board processes, facilities management architecture design and overall service know-how for the product team.
Ludia helps enable technicians on the field by providing them access to resources or tools such as remote collaboration to resolve tasks faster.
D365 Finance and Supply Chain
We know Microsoft Dynamics inside and out, which is why we actively work with the Product Team to provide customer insights and experience to help create a better product for all users.
D365 Human Resources
We actively provide feedback to Microsoft’s Product and FastTrack teams on migration strategies and Human Resource requirements. We enable the product for smoother implementation through private/public previews released by Microsoft.
