Altruism is the principle and moral practice of concern for the welfare and happiness of other human beings. Giving back to our communities and taking care of those around us is in Ludia’s DNA, which is embedded in our core values.

Ludia gives back with their Dynamics knowledge on multiple different projects, including Ukraine War Animals Relief Fund (UWARF), which helps rescue abandoned animals. We are proud to be able to say we have created an Altruism Committee at Ludia Consulting to volunteer and support our local community.

In addition, our team is involved as board members in multiple organizations and provides support as an advisor for D365 Saturday and Power Platform School. We are continuously invested in developing and empowering the future leaders of tomorrow.

TechFluent

TechFluent is a mentorship program that helps under-resourced and marginalized communities in the United States by providing them with the training and education needed to thrive in the tech industry. We are proud to be part of the Board of Directors for this program.

Raphael House of Portland

Raphael House of Portland provides support to survivors of domestic violence in our Oregon community. They help to educate, provide support, and also provide emergency shelters to individuals who need it most. We are proud to be a managing partner of this organization.

D365 Saturday

D365 Saturday is a community that seeks to empower Microsoft Consultants and Citizen Developers through the creation of educational conferences and events. Ludia Consulting is proud to be an advisor for D365 Saturday.

Ludia Consulting Altruism Committee

Ludia’s Altruism Committee will act as a voice for all the communities that our team members help. The committee’s goal is to foster a culture that encourages community work and inspires people to get involved in their community through supporting nonprofits. Our team members work to give back to communities that need help, such as sponsoring Gray Duck Grit, an organization that supports mental health initiatives for children.
