About Ludia
Executive team
Ludia’s founders still lead the work. The senior people you meet are accountable for it from the first conversation through go-live and for the results you can see in margin, cash, and costs.
Lucas runs the front of the house, the part the client sees. He owns growth, leads the most consequential engagements, and built Dynamics for Good from a personal commitment into a working program.
The person who pitches the engagement is on the calls when something goes sideways. Clients get a direct read from Lucas, not a managed message.
Before Ludia, Lucas managed a national Microsoft Dynamics practice for Field Service at a large Dynamics partner, from 2008 to 2012.
Lucas descends from a great-great-grandfather whose resilience as a minority shaped his family. That history is part of why Ludia is a minority-owned firm built to create opportunities for everyone.
Andreas runs the back of the house: the design and delivery you count on after the pitch. Clients want him at the whiteboard when a hard business requirement has to fit Dynamics 365 and still hold up at scale.
He has spent 20 years inside Microsoft Dynamics implementations, from AX through Dynamics 365. Before Ludia, he consulted independently on Dynamics AX and was a principal at Single Coil, specializing in AX mobile platform integration. He speaks at Microsoft Community Summit on building Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in Visual Studio.
Earlier, Andreas played professional hockey for the Hoechstadt Alligators in the German Oberliga. Some of his calm on a hard cutover comes from there.
How the executive team keeps delivery on track
Senior from the first meeting
The founders set the rule: the people who scope your work do the work, in your time zone, from kickoff through support.
Phases you can fund
Each phase has its own cost and expected return, so your leadership funds one phase at a time instead of the whole budget up front.
Microsoft’s way of delivering
Every program follows Microsoft’s Success by Design, with
FastTrack brought in when your project qualifies, architect to architect.
Measured by customer satisfaction
We judge the work by your satisfaction and by how well your team runs the system after we step back.
